We invite you to share information with us when you contact us, but this is your option. Information gathered on our Survey and Contact Us areas are for the purpose of helping us identify topics that are relevant for our website visitors, and to help clinicians, investigators, and manufacturers as they determine directions for research and treatment development. If you have shared personal information with us to request information be mailed to your home, we will use that address information for the requested mailings, and , on occasion, we may re-contact you with new information on continence that we believe may be of value to you, or to ask for your support of the Simon Foundation for Continence.
